Another thing to look forward to in the Fall is the release of "Let Me In," the American remake of the highly acclaimed Swedish film, "Let the Right One In." I loved "Let the Right One In" so much that I will be skeptical watching "Let Me In." I'm still excited to see it, but in the back of my mind I'll be thinking "this can't possibly be better than the original Swedish version." If you haven't seen the Swedish version yet, I suggest you not watch it until you've seen the American version. That way, if you like the American version, you can look forward to seeing the highly acclaimed Swedish original, which I've said before will be a classic for many, many years. I am obsessed with vampires and werewolves and thoroughly enjoying Season 3 of "True Blood." It's not the blood and gore that I like, but the romanticism involved in telling the story of eternal love that is usually a part of vampire/werewolf stories. You may have heard of "Twilight?" I rest my case. Although, I am not a big "Twilight" fan, I've got to say the love saga between Edward and Bella is pretty sexy. Oh and there's that werewolf kid with 0 % body fat causing this Team Edward vs. Team Jacob thing. Aaahhh, only in vampire/werewolf movies. I am still swooning over Michael Sheen in "Underworld: Rise of the Lycans" -- he was so hot! He can turn me into his she-wolf bitch any day. His co-star, Chest Hair, was pretty sexy too. SNARLLLL, yeah baby, yeah !
"Let Me In" will also have a touching coming-of-age love story, but I won't spoil the movie for you. This is surely one to watch in October. I think I know what I'm going to be for Halloween... Something with fangs, for sure.
